Malabon City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete was recognized by The Thames International University with the European Excellence Award for his unwavering dedication, extensive experience, remarkable achievements, and invaluable contributions towards the betterment of the nation and the society. This was during the European Education and Leadership Summit on May 19, where he shared Malabon City’s effective implementation of the Malabon Ahon Blue Card Program.
In the event, Dr. Rosete was also awarded with his Doctor of Philosopht Degree (Honoris Causa) in the specialized area of Public Administration and Leadership for his significant contributions in public service and leadership.
