Kapuso actor David Licauco recently revealed that he auditioned for Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) nearly a decade ago, long before his breakthrough in showbiz.
In a post on social media, Licauco recalled lining up for the popular reality show back in 2015. “Wow. Crazy to think I once lined up for PBB auditions in 2015… and, years later, I got to be a houseguest,” he wrote.
The actor made a brief appearance as a houseguest in PBB Celebrity Collab Edition, describing the experience as eye-opening.
“It was different from what I imagined—may magic talaga sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya,” he said.
“I may have been quiet, but I learned a lot about myself. Truth is, no one really knows what it’s like inside unless you’ve lived it.”
Licauco also shared that he was considered for a full housemate slot earlier this year, but plans didn’t push through.
