Taiwan has extended its visa-free entry program for Filipino travelers until 2026.
The announcement was made by Taiwanese Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung during the Philippine Independence Day celebration in Taipei.

The extension allows Philippine passport holders to continue entering Taiwan visa-free for up to 14 days, a privilege first granted under a pilot scheme in 2017.
An official announcement from Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is expected on Monday.
