The Supreme Court (SC) En Banc on Tuesday issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) preventing the Commission on Audit (COA) from implementing its disallowance of Performance-Based Bonuses (PBB) granted to former Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) President Francisco Del Rosario Jr. and DBP–Center for Global Filipinos officer Eleazar Reyes.
The TRO was issued in response to a petition for certiorari filed by DBP, challenging the legality of the COA’s disallowance of the bonuses, which dates back to 2012.

The Court also directed COA to file its comment on the petition within a non-extendible period of 30 days.
