Healthy Options, the Philippines’ pioneering and largest retailer of all-natural and organic products, is marking its 30th anniversary this year with the launch of its latest campaign, “Make Better Choices.” The initiative emphasizes the importance of everyday decisions in fostering longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
Founded in 1995 with its first store in Shangri-La Plaza, Healthy Options has played a significant role in redefining health-conscious living for Filipinos. With 38 branches nationwide and plans for expansion, the brand remains committed to making clean, wholesome living accessible through carefully sourced food, health, and beauty products free from artificial preservatives, additives, and harmful ingredients.
“Being healthy isn’t an accident, but a choice,” said Romy Sia, founder and owner of Healthy Options. “We celebrate those who make these choices daily, whether it’s parents choosing better nutrition for their children or individuals shifting to clean beauty. Our mission is to make those decisions easier.”
As part of the campaign, Healthy Options shared stories from loyal customers who embody the philosophy of making better choices in their wellness journeys.
Actress and She Talks Asia co-founder Iza Calzado emphasized how motherhood has deepened her commitment to conscious living: “Whatever season of life you’re at, whatever diet or lifestyle choice you have, Healthy Options supports you in your wellness journey… Now that I’m a mother, I’m very mindful of what I give my family.”
Entrepreneur Carlo Herrera highlighted the importance of cost-effective healthy choices: “Healthy Options has become a safe haven for my family to find daily essentials. In the long run, it’s about investing in health rather than just paying for ‘ok lang’ products that could be toxic and lead to higher hospital bills.”
Other personalities, including triathlete Bubbles Paraiso, media figure Joyce Pring, and restaurateur Jae Pickrell highlighted Healthy Options’ strict standards on quality and consumer education. Paraiso cited the brand’s rigorous testing, Pring noted the staff’s expertise, and Pickrell pointed to its careful sourcing.
The brand screens products against a list of restricted ingredients and supports local organic farmers, alongside running its in-house bakery, Baking Therapy.
To mark its 30th year, Healthy Options held an event with consultations, samples, and community activities. New products launched include a limited-edition green tea blend and reusable tote bags available at its Greenhills flagship.
