Fashion designer Amiel Noble recently presented his latest collection with actor Enchong Dee, who visited the US to showcase himself as ambassador of his brand, Noble Creations.
On March 2, Noble Creations hosted a special event to debut its latest creations and new arrivals. The brick-and-mortar store in the city of Artesia in Los Angeles County housed an intimate gathering of celebrities, influencers, community leaders, friends, family, and supporters.
Noble Creations was founded in 2018 to honor designer Amiel Noble’s mother, a seamstress from Lumban, Laguna—known as the Embroidery Capital of the Philippines. Originally an architect and municipal consulate, Noble moved to the U.S., worked in the food industry, and started the brand with a few pieces in a small shop in Garden Grove, California.

As demand grew, it evolved into an online business and eventually led to a brick-and-mortar store in Artesia, California, in 2023.
From film festivals to red carpets, Noble Creations has brought Lumban’s craftsmanship to the global stage. Proudly made in the Philippines, the brand’s growth has created jobs in Noble’s hometown and continues to promote hand-woven fabrics and traditional Filipino designs.
Home is where the heart is, and Amiel wears it on his sleeves. He said, “I never intended for this to happen, but it’s a delightful surprise. Initially, I only wanted to sell barongs and support my community back home. The recognition and the opportunity to establish a brand are like a dream that keeps coming true.”

The intricate pieces found at Noble Creations connect the Filipino diaspora to their cultural roots, with styles that appeal to the traditionalist as well as the modernist looking for more trendy pieces. Amiel boasts garments with embellishments created with hand-embroidered patterns and hand-painted works of art.
He noted, “My new arrivals embody modernity while honoring my Filipino roots. They’re contemporary yet traditional, unmistakably Filipino. I hope to see more Filipino designers gain mainstream recognition for their cutting-edge designs with a distinct Filipino flair. The US is a significant market for talented Filipino designers, and it fills me with pride to see someone like me achieving success in this industry.”
On Nov. 4 last year, Noble Creations named Dee its first official brand ambassador. The actor returned to the United States to release Noble Creations’ latest collection.

The actor shared, “Noble Creations supports the talents of Filipinos back home. All of Amiel’s pieces are carefully and wonderfully sourced in his hometown in Laguna. He is literally bringing the great works of Filipinos to North America, particularly in California, and I am honored to be a part of this.”
Dee takes pride in using his platform to promote Filipino talent through fashion.
“Wearing Noble Creations means representing the Philippines and sharing our stories with the world. I’ve always admired the Barong Tagalog—its rich history and handcrafted quality show the finest of Filipino craftsmanship. It’s my goal to be the best representation of this work and to support the success of Filipinos everywhere,” he said.
Dee ended his latest trip to the US by attending the Manila International Film Festival (MIFF) in Los Angeles. He celebrated his newest film Topakk featuring co-stars Arjo Atayde and Julia Montes. Dee was seen wearing Noble Creations’ trendsetting Bomber Barong Jacket.
