Toujours Travel and Tours, a company founded with the belief that travel should be accessible and inclusive for everyone, officially launched its corporate office in Bonifacio Global City on April 29.
The company offers tailored travel packages for families and groups, ensuring those with physical challenges or restricted mobility can travel comfortably and seamlessly.
Founded in 2024 and incorporated in February 2025 as SelCarra Global Corporation, Toujours Travel and Tours is the brainchild of Abigail Mae Fuentes Selma, the company’s CEO and founder, and Jhona May Biscarra, the chief operating officer. The company began operating virtually before its official opening, providing both virtual and in-person services by special appointment.
Abigail, a travel enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, has traveled worldwide conducting audits. Her professional background and personal experiences, including undergoing open-heart surgery, fueled her passion for accessible travel. She recognized the need for a travel agency that could meet the unique needs of individuals with physical challenges, after witnessing her mother’s and mother-in-law’s struggles with limited mobility.
“We want our loved ones to travel with us, including those with physical challenges and limited mobility. With Toujours (which means ‘always’ in French), no one is left behind,” Abigail said.
Toujours partners with suppliers across the industry to ensure smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel for all passengers, including those traveling with children, elderly family members, or individuals with special needs. The company’s mission is to offer accessible and high-quality travel experiences, with a commitment to client satisfaction and safety.
In addition to inclusive travel services, Toujours Travel and Tours provides traditional services such as airline ticketing, packaged group or private tours, and visa assistance.
With plans to expand further, the company is set to open a satellite office in Cebu City by the end of 2025 and another in California by early 2026. Abigail’s dedication to innovative, client-focused services continues to drive the company’s growth and success in the inclusive travel industry.
