Comprehensive travel and lifestyle platform AirAsia MOVE has introduced a new add-on feature called Easy Cancel, allowing travelers to cancel their flights up to 48 hours before departure and receive a refund within ten days.
The service, available exclusively through the AirAsia MOVE app, offers added flexibility for customers, providing the option to cancel for any reason, with no questions asked.
Travelers can choose between a refund of 80 percent or 100 percent, covering not just flight tickets but also add-ons such as baggage, meals, and other fees. Easy Cancel must be purchased during the booking process and cannot be added later through the Manage Booking section.
To add Easy Cancel, users can simply select the option while booking their flights on the app by clicking ‘Continue to Add-Ons’ and selecting Easy Cancel from the available choices.
The feature is available on all AirAsia routes, except for flights to South Korea and Indonesia domestic routes. Easy Cancel will also be available for AirAsia X (D7) flights, including those from Kuala Lumpur to Almaty and Sydney, by the end of May.
