The provincial government of Cagayan has announced the winners of the prestigious Dangal ng Lahing Cagayano 2025 awards, recognizing their exceptional contributions to society.
Lawyer Mabel Villarica-Mamba, principal proponent and chief advocate of the search, described the Dangal ng Lahing Cagayano awards as a premier platform for showcasing the province’s world-class integrity and excellence.
“Each of our awardees is remarkable in their own right, having achieved something truly significant in their lives to merit this lifetime achievement medal," she emphasized. They serve as role models and inspirations not only for the younger generation, but also for us Cagayanos today,” Mamba said.
She said the Dangal Awards embody the brilliance and noble ideals of Cagayanos, marked by honesty, tenacity, passion, and service, with honor, excellence, and true goodness as its core standards.
