AG&P Industrial, a global infrastructure development and operations company based in Manila, recently completed and shipped 120 high-specification modules for INEOS’ Project ONE in Antwerp, Belgium.
The shipment was delivered with “zero defects, zero carry-over works, and zero lost-time injury (LTI),” said Alex Gamboa, company president and managing director of global business development, in a virtual briefing Tuesday.
“The modules we fabricated for the Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) represent the circulatory system of the ethane cracker,” Gamboa said.
“They house kilometers of piping, instrumentation, and cables vital for transporting fluids from the cracker to the cryogenic tank and onward to the port.”
The modules, built in the company’s Batangas yard, will serve as the backbone of Europe’s most advanced ethane cracker, he added.
Project ONE is Europe’s largest chemical investment in more than two decades, and AG&P Industrial’s contribution highlights its global leadership in modular construction.
The company delivered more than 10,443 metric tons of pre-assembled modules and 274 metric tons of support structures, which will form a critical component of INEOS’ advanced ethane cracker at the Port of Antwerp.
The facility is expected to set a new standard for sustainability in the European chemical industry, projected to cut carbon emissions by approximately 2 million tons annually through the use of cutting-edge, low-emission technology.
AG&P Industrial was selected from among the world’s top 15 fabrication yards for this high-stakes project, reinforcing its standing as a world-class engineering and modularization partner.
“AG&P delivered all modules with outstanding quality, fully completed and with no carry-over works,” said Francesco San Filippo, former project manager for the OSBL scope of Project ONE under INEOS Modularization.
“The team worked over six million man-hours incident-free. Nobody got hurt.”

AG&P Industrial delivered a project that meets the stringent quality and safety standards of the European market.
The project also generated more than 2,000 local jobs, providing Filipino workers with world-class experience in industrial modularization.
