Teleperformance (TP) has received the Gold Award for Community Support and Engagement at the AmCham Corporate Social Impact Awards, recognizing the efforts of its CSR arm, Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation.
“The AmCham Corporate Social Impact award affirms TP’s sustained mission to be a Force for Good in the Philippines and around the world. Together with COTW and our partners in humanitarian initiatives, we will continue to transform lives and communities by bringing hope, security, and opportunities to those who are most in need,” said TP Philippines CEO Rahul Jolly.
TP has also been named one of the Best Workplaces in the Philippines for four years in a row and remains the longest-running Great Place to Work®-certified IT-BPM firm in the country.
COTW mobilizes employees and partners to assist vulnerable sectors through health, education, livelihood, and environmental programs.
In 2024, it raised over P9 million, logged 16,490 volunteer hours, and reached over 24,000 beneficiaries through 43 initiatives nationwide.
Key projects include long-term support for TP Village in Tanay, skills training for youth through Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y), and sustainability efforts under the Citizen of the Planet program, which helped reduce TP’s carbon emissions per employee by 46 percent.
