WorkAbroad.ph, JobStreet by SEEK’s sister company, teamed up with 2GO Travel to launch the “Enrollment to Employment” (E2E) program, connecting maritime, logistics and cruise-line hospitality students to global jobs.
The program aims to help 100,000 students by 2026 by providing practical skills and immersive real-world training.
Participants will take on actual duties aboard 2GO vessels and in terminal operations, gaining hands-on experience in shipboard hospitality and port-side logistics while receiving mentorship from industry professionals.
The full immersion prepares students for employment through performance evaluations, with graduates receiving certificates that boost their credentials and improve their chances of landing jobs locally and abroad.
Students are matched with verified job opportunities through agencies licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), ensuring all overseas placements are legal and ethical.
The E2E Program also addresses gaps in the Philippine education system by updating curricula, expanding access to training, enhancing industry exposure, and helping students manage career-related stress.
