iQor CXBPO, a customer experience business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, announced the expansion of its operations in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. The new facility aims to bolster iQor’s capacity to support its growing client base and reinforce its dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The 25,000-square-foot Santa Rosa site adds 400 seats with potential for further expansion. This addition brings iQor’s presence in the Philippines to 18 locations, totaling over 1 million square feet.
