Executives of First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) hold a topping-off ceremony for its upcoming FPIP Plaza. The ceremony, hosted by FPIP and the project’s construction firm First Balfour, marks the installation of FPIP Plaza’s highest structural component and the industrial park developer’s first serious foray into commercial property development. Leading the ceremony are Jose Valentin Pantangco, FPIP chief commercial officer and First Balfour president and chief operating officer, FPIP senior vice president for construction management group Alexander Roque, commercial properties group head Alberto Cailao, assistant vice president for construction management group Jeffrey Panado, assistant vice president for park operations Jason de las Alas, senior business development manager May Abalos, project Manager JC Nueno and business development pfficer Krisha Mendoza.
