EDSA REBUILD.

Officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of Transportation and Metro Manila Development Authority unveil plans Monday for safe and smooth traffic flow during the EDSA rehabilitation. The agencies based the interventions on President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s order to ease the project’s impact on commuters and motorists. The plans include free tolls on part of Skyway Stage 3, an additional 100 bus units for the EDSA Busway, more MRT-3 trains an odd-even scheme on EDSA, and clearing obstructions on alternate routes.
