Business process services firm Conduent expects to open 1,500 new jobs in Batangas by 2025 with the opening of its new facility at LIMA Tower One, the flagship office building of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates in Malvar.
The 9,000-square-meter, three-story office will support Conduent’s growing operations in finance, healthcare services and procurement.
The company said the expansion reflects its commitment to nurturing local talent and promoting countryside development, positioning Batangas as a rising hub for IT-BPM investments outside Metro Manila.
LIMA Tower One is the first smart and sustainable premium office building in the province. It holds a BERDE 5-Star Certification and WELL Pre-Certification, underscoring its emphasis on sustainability and employee wellness.
The tower is situated within the Biz Hub at LIMA Estate, a fully integrated business district offering essential infrastructure such as power, water, telecom, and construction services, as well as lifestyle amenities including retail shops, dining options, green spaces and a transportation hub.
Conduent’s move is expected to further stimulate economic activity in Southern Luzon, attracting more investments and creating long-term employment opportunities in the region.
