The PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF) and the MVP Group of Companies’ corporate social responsibility consortium Tulong Kapatid teams up with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on April 10, 2025. The partnership underscores a collective effort to serve communities across the country by aligning private sector support with the DSWD’s national programs and services.
