Three firms investing in Tarlac’s TARI Estate

Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates said it is accelerating the development of TARI Estate in Tarlac, with its three investors already on board, including a major food manufacturing company which is set to occupy 40 hectares.

Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates head Rafael Fernandez de Mesa said TARI Estate is a significant addition to their expanding portfolio of industrial and commercial zones.

“TARI Estate is already seeing strong interest. We’re attracting the same high-quality mix of locators that we see in our other estates — companies from electronics, automotive, and now increasingly food and consumer goods industries,” Fernandez de Mesa said at the Industrial Summit 2025 held on April 26, 2026 at the New World Hotel in Makati City.

TARI Estate is the fourth economic estate developed by the group, following successful projects in Batangas and Cebu.

De Mesa said investors locating in TARI Estate show a distinct preference for the north of Metro Manila, a shift from traditional investments concentrated in southern Luzon areas.
