(PDO) is named among the 10 Top Developers in South Luzon by the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) during the recently-held Pag-IBIG Fund’s Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards at the Conrad Manila in Pasay City.
