Showcasing its excellence in consumer-driven public relations, Mang Inasal, the Philippines’ Grill Expert, was awarded two Gold and one Silver at the prestigious 60th Anvil Awards held recently at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel.
The brand’s standout campaigns—Pork BBQ Media Launch, #MangInasalKahitSaan Digital and PR campaign, and Love the Flavors, Love the Philippines—were recognized for their creativity and impactful execution in 2024, among over 586 entries.
Mang Inasal’s efforts earned accolades across multiple categories, solidifying its leadership in innovative public relations.
“This honor confirms that our efforts, whether in-store or online, truly resonate with our customers. It motivates us to continually improve, listen to their needs, and find new ways to serve them better. This victory is a shared one with our customers—they inspire everything we do,” said Mang Inasal president Mike V. Castro.
Among the winning campaigns, the Pork BBQ Media Launch secured Gold in the PR Programs – Marketing and Brand Communication category and the #MangInasalKahitSaan Digital and PR campaign also earned Gold in the PR Programs – Best Use of Digital category.
Meanwhile, the Love the Flavors, Love the Philippines campaign garnered Silver in the PR Programs – Arts & Culture/Heritage/Tourism category. In collaboration with the Philippine Department of Tourism, the campaign highlighted Filipino cuisine, elevating local flavors on a global stage and promoting national pride.
This recognition follows Mang Inasal’s remarkable performance at the 59th Anvil Awards, where the brand won four Golds and one Silver.
Presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), the Anvil Awards, often dubbed the ‘Oscars of Public Relations,’ celebrate the country’s most outstanding PR campaigns and tools executed by top companies, agencies, and institutions.
