Philippine Airlines (PAL) said Thursday it will increase its Clark-Busuanga (Coron) flights to daily service starting March 1, 2025, boosting connectivity to the popular tourist destination.
PAL’s expanded Clark-Busuanga and Busuanga-Clark services will increase the current four weekly flights to seven, in response to the growing demand for leisure travel to Northern Palawan.
Busuanga Airport is the gateway to Coron and a wealth of dramatic landscapes, hidden beaches, turquoise lagoons and rich biodiversity.
“We are excited to help foreign and domestic tourists discover the abundant wonders of Coron, home to the Twin Lagoons, Barracuda Lake, and vibrant coral reefs that grew from the hulks of sunken warships, hailed by Forbes Traveler Magazine as one of the top ten best scuba diving sites in the world,” said PAL Express president Rabbi Vincent Ang.
“Our upgrade to daily Clark-Busuanga flights will help make fares more affordable and travel more convenient for both foreign and domestic tourists, in time for the summer travel season,” he said.
