SUBWAY TUNNEL BORER. Armed Forces of the Philippines chief Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr., along with Camp Aguinaldo commander Brig. Gen. Armand Arevalo, Transportation Undersecretary Jeremy Regino, Japan International Cooperation Agency country representative Takema Sakjamoto, and Japanese Embassy Economic Minister Daosuke Nehei lead the commissioning of a huge tunnel boring machine for the Metro Manila Subway Project Contract Package 103 at the Camp Aguinaldo Station.
