Oxfordian Colleges president, Dr. Rey Balibago (2nd from left) and NGO CEO Dr. Julio Castillo of Akbay Kalikasan visit the families of the fire victims from Brgy. Paliparan 3 Phase 5 at their temporary shelter in the covered court evacuation center of Dasmarinas, Cavite recently.
Around 24 families comprising of about 119 individuals were affected by the fire.
