Belinda (not her real name) turned to the “Payong Kapatid” segment of CIA with BA for help after enduring harassment and threats from her ex-boyfriend, who refuses to accept their breakup.
According to Belinda, she ended the relationship, but her ex continues to interfere in her life.
The harassment escalated to death threats targeting Belinda and her loved ones.

Despite her fear and frustration, Belinda remains firm in her decision not to reconcile.
Senator Pia Cayetano and her legal team provided guidance, recommending Belinda secure a Barangay Protection Order (BPO), a 15-day legal remedy under the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (RA 9262). They also advised her to file for a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) from the court, which offers immediate protection while pursuing a Permanent Protection Order (PPO).
The show assisted Belinda in filing a complaint with her barangay, where local authorities assured her of proper coordination with the barangay of the respondent.
CIA with BA continues the legacy of the late Senator Rene Cayetano, airing Sundays at 11 p.m. on GMA7, with replays on GTV every Saturday at 10:30 p.m.
