TUGUEGARAO City—The One Cagayan movement by governor-elect Edgar Aglipay and running mate Manuel Mamba has achieved a major milestone with the victory of its endorsed mayoralty candidates across the province.
The movement, which aims to promote unity and collaborative leadership, saw a significant number of its bets winning in various towns, including Mayor Maila Tin-Que of this city, William Mamba of Tuao. and Miguel Decena Jr. of Enrile.
Other successful mayoralty candidates were Judith Trinidad of Iguig, Yvonne Florida of Allacapan, Oliver Pascual of Lal-lo, Robert Ogalino of Ballesteros, Rambo De Gracia of Santa Teresita, Nelson Robinion of Sta. Ana, and Leonel Guzman of Piat.
