Five party-list groups are projected to secure at least two seats in the House of Representatives, according to Tangere’s final 2025 Pre-Election Party-List Survey.
Tingog ranked first with 5.83% voter preference, followed by Ako Bicol (5.50%), ACT-CIS (5.00%), 4PS (4.88%), and Duterte Youth (4.83%).
At least 42 party-list groups are expected to win at least one congressional seat. Among notable newcomers are FPJ Panday Bayanihan (3.88%), Ang Bumbero ng Pilipinas (2.96%), United Senior Citizens (2.29%), Tulfo para sa Turismo (1.83%), Abante Bisdak (1.75%), and Pamilya Ko (1.71%).
Other incumbent party-lists in the top 10 include Alona with 3.00% and Agimat with 2.88% voter preference.
The survey was conducted from April 30 to May 3, 2025, using Tangere’s mobile app with 2,400 respondents nationwide. It has a margin of error of ±1.96% at a 95% confidence level and used a stratified quota-based sampling method.
Respondents were distributed as follows: 12% from the National Capital Region, 23% from Northern Luzon, 22% from Southern Luzon, 20% from the Visayas, and 23% from Mindanao.
