According to the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), the meeting emphasized the importance of a whole-of-society approach to disaster risk reduction.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) presented a situationer on the earthquake risk scenario in the Greater Metro Manila Area (GMMA), offering critical insights into potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
