ACMobility Reshuffles Honchos

The Ayala Group’s mobility arm has announced organizational changes and new leadership appointments effective June 1, 2025, with the aim to enhance operational capabilities and market leadership in full effect.  Antonio “Toti” Zara, currently Head of Automotive Retail and Distribution, will transition to an advisory role until his year-end retirement while his current position will cease to exist. Jay Lopez is appointed Managing Director of Kia Philippines Motor Corporation while Bob Palanca will continue as Managing Director for BYD distributor Mobility Access Philippines Ventures, Inc. A new Auto Care and Retail Group will be formed, consolidating dealership operations (BYD, Kia, Isuzu, Honda) under Iconic Dealership, Inc. (IDI), and Bosch Car Service Philippines. Steve Gingco, currently IDI-Honda Head, will lead this new arm. Reporting to Gingco are Eric Wambangco as IDI-Isuzu Brand Head, Dennis Salvador as IDI-BYD Brand Head, and Brian Buendia as IDI-Kia Brand Head. Ron Campilan remains General Manager of Bosch Car Service Philippines. Throughout the transition, ACMobility affirms that all ongoing operations will continue without disruption and that existing legal agreements and contractual obligations across its various business entities will remain fully in effect.
