Hariphil Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) is spearheading the electric transformation of Philippine commercial transport with its upcoming Hyundai Truck and Bus Mobility EV-olution Expo on May 2, 2025, in Alabang. The event will unite government, business, and transport leaders to showcase HARI’s entry into the electric commercial vehicle (E-CV) market.
Timed for the celebration of Filipino workers, the expo introduces future-forward solutions for transport entrepreneurs and logistics providers. HARI’s initial E-CV lineup includes the Hyundai Mighty EV, a light-duty electric truck with a 370km range and 7,300 kg GVW, designed for efficient and zero-emission urban logistics. The Hyundai County New Breeze EV, an electric people hauler with a 303km range, offers a clean alternative for public transport. Alongside these, the locally assembled HARI Cab, with its powerful Euro 4 diesel engine and 14-ft deck, caters to diverse commercial needs.
The expo will also feature a transport forum on modernizing transport and the shift to EV technology. HARI Vice President and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo highlighted the event as the foundation for the Byahenyo Program, aimed at empowering local transport entrepreneurs to embrace innovation. This initiative seeks to cultivate “Byaheroes,” visionary leaders who will drive positive change in the industry.
