Hamilo Coast has unveiled M Village at Marina Estates, a residential development in Nasugbu, Batangas.
Located in Papaya Cove, M Village is the first residential community in Marina Estates, a new district following the success of Pico de Loro Cove. The seven-hectare project comprises 177 lots, ranging from 301 to 705 square meters. It is five minutes from Hamilo Coast’s main entrance and a 10-minute drive from Pico de Loro Cove.
Designed as a low-density community, M Village integrates modern tropical architecture with natural surroundings. Residents will have access to amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pools, children’s play areas, meditation gardens, parks, camping sites, and bird observation areas.
Costa Del Hamilo, Inc., a subsidiary of SM Prime, is leading the development with design input from Wimberly Allison Tong & Go (WATG Singapore), Joel Luna Planning and Design, and H1 Architecture.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Dec. 13, 2024, attended by representatives from SM Leisure Resort Residences and Costa del Hamilo, Inc. The project is expected to be completed by 2028.
M Village is positioned as the closest residential area to an international-standard marina, allowing residents to moor boats and jet skis. The development emphasizes sustainability, incorporating preserved mangrove forests, natural waterways, and eco-friendly ponds designed to minimize environmental impact.
