Zoe Honeyman, representing Tatalon, was crowned Miss Universe Philippines – Quezon City 2025 during the finals held at SM Skydome in SM North Edsa on Feb. 2. The Filipino-Australian stunner will represent the city at the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 competition.
Honeyman also won several special awards, including Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown. In addition to her title, she received four other special awards from event sponsors.
A mental health and community service advocate, Honeyman aims to use her platform to promote “a heart for community service” while deepening her understanding of human behavior.
During the final question-and-answer round, she was asked: Why is it important for your beauty to be seen by other people?
“I’m a very fortunate person who has the ability to stand on a stage in a contest like this and be celebrated by others,” the 23-year-old psychology graduate began.
“But being beautiful should be celebrated by others because it comes from within, and I believe I have the ability to stand here because of the people who support me and the journey I went through to get here. What truly shines through is my heart, and I think that’s the most beautiful thing,” she answered.
Completing her court are Hanna Amistad (Miss Socorro), Stella Zacarias (Miss Loyola Heights), Jam Co (Miss Baesa), and Carmel Anne Aquino (Miss Project 6).
