Despite being a senior citizen, Vic Sotto’s health remains in great condition—and the best part is he doesn’t need maintenance medications to support his active routine and busy lifestyle.
The TV and movie icon stays active with regular exercise like cycling and walking, choosing activities that fit his fitness level. He also prioritizes eating nutritious meals on time and carefully selects healthy food options.
“I take everything in moderation. One of my regimens when it comes to… especially with food, is that I only eat when it’s time to eat,” the 70-year-old TV host said. “I don’t eat between breakfast and lunch, or between lunch and dinner. I’m not into junk food, and I’m not fond of sweets.”
“ If there’s any, I just take small bites. I take everything in moderation—even alcohol or soft drinks. Everything is in moderation. One of the healthy ways I live is that, as a matter of fact, up to now, I don’t have any maintenance medications for hypertension or diabetes.,” he added.
To support his well-being, he takes vitamins and natural health drinks as part of his preventive care routine. Through moderation and consistency, Vic shows that simple, sustainable habits are key to staying healthy with age.
