THE Southern Police District (SPD) has announced the arrest of another “most wanted man” in Metro Manila.
SPD director Brig. Gen. Manuel Abrujena commended the Parañaque City Police Warrant and Subpoena Unit for capturing the 32-year-old suspect, identified only as Raul, reputedly the fifth most wanted man in the metropolis.

The suspect, an air-conditioning technician residing in Parañaque City, was wanted for alleged rape.
Parañaque Regional Trial Court Judge Marie Grace Javier Ibay issued the arrest warrant against the suspect, with no bail recommended.
