TWO male workers died after a warehouse in Davao City caught fire Tuesday afternoon.
The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) said the fire incident is still under investigation as of writing but the two fatalities have been identified as Gian Subla, 19, and Reyeel Dion Mansing, 20.
The two were workers of the warehouse and were trapped inside when the fire occurred at 2 pm on Tuesday.
The DCPO said personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection in Davao City responded immediately to Purok 2B Mudiang Road, Ilang, Davao City when a fire was reported to the station.
The fire was declared under control at around 4 pm. The two victims were later found dead inside. The cause of the fire is still unknown and damages were estimated to be around P.4.8 million, the DCPO said.
