The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a TNVS driver suspected of raping his female passenger in Parañaque on June 15, 2025. NBI-NCR Chief Ferdinand Manuel and NBI spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin presented the suspect, who confessed to the crime.
