Small-scale fishermen march to Mendiola on Friday to mark National Fishermen’s Day. The militant fishermen’s group Pamalakaya, together with other fishermen’s organizations and non-government organizations, is asking the Marcos administration to reject the Supreme Court decision allowing commercial fishing vessels to operate within municipal waters.
