An advisory, emblazoned in an oversize tarpaulin posted on a pedestrian catwalk across EDSA, warns motorists of inevitable traffic jams on account of the forthcoming full rehabilitation of the 45-year-old highway that cuts across the metropolis from Baclaran in Parañaque City to Monumento in Caloocan City.
