Aboitiz Land awards

Aboitiz Land earns top honors at the FIABCI 2025 Real Estate and Property Awards, receiving three distinctions across key categories. Jolan Formalejo, head of operations, accepted the gold award for The Villages at LIMA Estate under Residential Low-Rise South Luzon. Ajoya Capas also won gold for Economic to Mid-Cost Housing in Central Luzon, while Seafront Residences received silver for environmental conservation efforts.
