Farmers, fishers month

The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) celebrates the Farmers’ and Fisherfolk’s Month this May with the symbolic turnover of reins through the Mangingisdang Direktor Program on May 5, 2025 at the BFAR Central Office in Quezon City. BFAR national director Elizer Salilig hands over the symbolic key of leadership to the 2025 National Fisherfolk director Avelino Capuli of Region III.
