Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman urges Filipinos to donate their blood as ‘a life-changing gift to those in need’ during the Dugtong Buhay Movement Bloodletting Program on April 2, 2025 at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Western Mindanao Command (Westmincom) in Zamboanga City.
