Gardening for food security

Dra. Isa Cojuangco Suntay, co-founder of Tarlac Heritage Foundation, flanked by Maj. Gen. Pedro Balisi Jr. , commander of the Army’s Armor Division, and Maj. Gen. Cerilo Balaoro Jr., chief of the 2nd Infantry Division,, leads the launch of “Hardin ng Lunas” at Camp Mateo Capinpin in Brgy. Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The event featured the planting of vegetables and hardwood trees, marking the program’s integrated approach to environmental restoration and food security.
