GRWM Cosmetics officially launched its first Goal Getters Academy Batch 1 on May 24, 2025, in Makati, bringing together 30 aspiring content creators from across the country for a one-day masterclass focused on building purposeful and authentic content in the beauty space.
The participants, selected from hundreds of social media entries, attended sessions led by Libni Fortuna-Amatong, Ingrid Nieto, and GRWM founder and CEO Maryann Layug-Madriñan. The lineup of talks combined personal development with practical guidance, aiming to help creators find their voice and build meaningful connections through content.
Transformational Energy Life Coach Libni Fortuna-Amatong opened the program with a session titled “Own Your Why,” encouraging participants to anchor their creative journey in purpose and intention. GRWM’s Maryann Layug-Madriñan followed with “Create that Connects,” which focused on turning personal values and goals into content that reflects the creator’s story and community.

“Through Goal Getters Academy, we are shaping the next generation of creators by equipping them with the know-how to help them succeed in content creation,” Layug-Madriñan said. “As a content creator myself, this campaign is something that resonates deeply with me as the aspiring Goal Getter creators reminded me not only of my own journey, but the core values of our brand too: inclusivity and empowerment. Content creation has changed my life and I want to give back to the community through Goal Getters Academy.”
The program closed with a session by Certified Image and Color Consultant Ingrid Nieto, titled “Presence with a Purpose,” which tackled personal branding, confidence-building, and how to show up meaningfully both online and offline.
GRWM Cosmetics said the academy was born out of a long-standing advocacy to support the dreams of everyday goal getters who are passionate about beauty and storytelling. The event was designed not just as a workshop, but as a safe space where creators could build confidence, connect with one another, and take the first step toward growing in the content creation space.
