The Investment Coordination Committee–Cabinet Committee (ICC-CC), co-chaired by Department of Finance Secretary Ralph Recto (left) and Department of Economy, Planning and Development Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, convenes on June 9, 2025 to deliberate on project proposals submitted by various government implementing agencies. The committee’s recommendations will be elevated to the Economy and Development Council, chaired by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., for final approval.
