Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon (left) swears into office new officials of the agency. The newly-appointed officials are Suzanne Marie Ramos-Liwanag, director IV under the Office of the Secretary; Donaldo Apaap Mendoza, assistant secretary; Ryan Paul Galura and Cecile Danica Gotamco, director IV under the railways sector; and Emerson Palad, director III under Franchising Review Staff.
