FWD Life Insurance (FWD Philippines) proudly celebrates the first graduates of its pioneering Forging Women’s Development in Leadership, Innovation, and Future Excellence (FWD LIFE) program.
The FWD LIFE initiative is the first of its kind in the Philippine insurance industry, designed to support and elevate women leaders.
It empowers participants to embrace their authentic leadership styles, expand their influence, and champion innovation within their organizations.
“This program affirms our belief that women deserve a seat at the table — not just for equity, but for the fresh perspectives and meaningful contributions they bring. We’re excited to see how our women leaders continue to shape a more inclusive insurance industry,” said FWD Philippines people and culture chief officer Vita Guillen.
Launched at a time when gender diversity in leadership is gaining global traction, the program reflects a timely and strategic move.
Developed in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), the program offered a tailored curriculum focused on cutting-edge leadership, strategic networking, and purpose-driven development.
“This is the first time we’ve customized a leadership program for a single organization. It speaks volumes about FWD’s genuine commitment to advancing its female leaders. We hope this initiative inspires more companies to follow suit,” said AIM program director Marian Lleander.
