Domestic volume rose 93 percent to P2.9 billion, while cross-border payments soared 256 percent to P3.2 billion, reflecting growing trust among Filipino travelers.

“Visa and GoTyme share a commitment to advancing innovation in digital payments. We are proud to be part of their growth, and our fruitful partnership speaks to our shared drive to deliver customer-centric and innovative product offerings that make digital banking more accessible and valuable to Filipinos,” said Visa country manager for the Philippines Jeff Navarro.

GoTyme’s cross-border growth is closely aligned with its ongoing travel campaign. With just a 1 percent forex rate, the lowest among local banks, plus Go Rewards points on every purchase and zero overseas ATM withdrawal fees, its Visa debit card offers outstanding value for travelers.

“Winning these awards from Visa underscores our relentless pursuit of making banking effortless, rewarding, and accessible. Our mission is to provide every Filipino with a beautiful banking experience, and these recognitions validate the trust our customers have placed in us. As we continue to expand, we remain focused on innovation and customer satisfaction,” said GoTyme Bank CEO Nate Clarke.

By Q4 2024, the bank’s Cards in Force grew 16 percent to 5.5 million, supported by the convenience of opening an account and printing a debit card at any of its 535 kiosks nationwide. Active cardholders also rose 13 percent, demonstrating a rising preference for GoTyme’s seamless banking experience.

With its unwavering focus on financial empowerment, GoTyme Bank is redefining how Filipinos manage their money—securely, conveniently, and on their own terms.
