Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) said that from April 15 to Oct. 15, 2025, all BPI Debit Mastercard holders can enjoy zero international transaction and ATM withdrawal fees, empowering them to shop, travel, and access cash overseas without the added cost.
BPI said this reflects its commitment to delivering seamless, borderless banking experiences that match the evolving needs of a globally connected customer base.
During the six-month promo period, cardholders will automatically benefit from the waiver of the 1.50 percent international transaction fee on in-store and online purchases, whether made in Philippine [eso or in foreign currencies. The international ATM withdrawal fee of $3.50 or 1.75 percent of the withdrawn amount, whichever is higher will also be waived.
“There is no need to register or enroll, and no minimum transaction amount is required. The waived fees are applied automatically, allowing for a frictionless global spending experience,” BPI said.
