The Business Manual celebrated 21 of the country’s most innovative and influential business leaders at the second annual CEO Awards on January 27, 2025, at Shangri-La The Fort, Bonifacio Global City.
With the theme “Honoring Industry Disruptors,” the event gathered top executives, industry leaders, and government officials.
The 2025 CEO Awards recognize leaders across diverse industries, including finance, retail, technology, food and beverage, and telecommunications. This year’s honorees included Eugene S. Acevedo (RCBC), Betty Ang (Monde Nissin), Ben Chan (BENCH, Suyen Corporation), Antonio L. Co (Carrascal Nickel Corporation), Herbert Consunji (DMCI Holdings), Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo (Wildflour Hospitality Group), Vicente del Rosario, Jr. (Viva Communications Inc.), Dr. Steve Mark Gan (GAOC Group of Companies), Mark “Jappy” Gonzalez (H&F Retail Concepts), Clinton Campos Hess (Unilab Group), and Irwin C. Lee (Universal Robina Corporation).
Also recognized were William Tiu Lim (Mega Prime Foods, Inc.), Jonathan Ng (Republic Biscuit Corporation), Rosemarie Rafael (Airspeed), Martha Sazon (GCash – Mynt, Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), Kevin Andrew Tan (Alliance Global Inc.), Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo (The Aivee Group), Dennis Anthony H. Uy (Converge ICT Solutions Inc.), Justin Sy Uy (Profood International Corporation), Delfin Angelo “Buds” Wenceslao (D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc.), and Benjamin O. Yao (SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation).
On top of individual achievements, the Enterprise Catalyst Award was presented to Go Negosyo, the Philippine Retailers Association, and the Philippine Franchise Association for their impact on entrepreneurship, innovation, and SME support.
