Clark Development Corp. (CDC) said it welcomes the renewal of Clark Water Corp.’s (CWC) wastewater discharge permit by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources—Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) Region 3, reaffirming its commitment to environmental stewardship.
The permit, valid until Feb. 4, 2026, authorizes the controlled discharge of treated wastewater, up to a maximum daily volume of 27,000 cubic meters, into the Dolores Creek.
CWC, in cooperation with CDC’s Environmental Permits Division, reaffirmed its commitment to implementing sustainable water management practices and ensuring the protection of the environment and public health.
CDC said the issuance of this permit highlights the importance of responsible wastewater treatment and management, contributing to cleaner waterways and a safer water system for the benefit of all stakeholders.
