The Philippine Hong Chong Grand Mason Association Inc. held its 92nd officers induction ceremony at the Century Park Hotel’s Seafood Restaurant in Manila on May 31, 2025.
Hundreds of leaders and members of the Filipino-Chinese community participated in the event.
Pan Zhen Xing was inducted as the new president of the association, taking over the leadership role to continue its mission of cultural preservation, unity, and community service.
Chinese Consul General Wang Yue lauded the association’s longstanding contributions to strengthening bilateral relations and cultural ties between China and the Filipino-Chinese community in the Philippines.

Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. (FFCCCII) president Victor Lim lauded the organization as a powerful and talented group within the Filipino-Chinese community.
He noted that former Hong Chong Grand Mason President Wu Qi Fa currently serves as a vice president of FFCCCII, highlighting the strong link between the two organizations.
Lim expressed confidence that under its new leadership, the Hong Chong Grand Mason Association would continue to honor its ancestral heritage by promoting unity among the Filipino-Chinese, fostering closer Philippine-China relations, and preserving traditional Chinese culture.
He also called on the association and other Filipino-Chinese groups to actively participate in the upcoming celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of formal diplomatic relations between the Philippines and China.
Among the key events are the Chinatown Jones Bridge lighting ceremony on June 7 and a grand cultural evening scheduled for June 8 at the SMX Convention Center. Michael Wong Ho
